Company Introduction

DOHRE CNC Tools specializes in the development and manufacturing of precision cutting tools for CNC machining. With more than 20 years of toolmaking experience, we focus on reliable tool geometry, consistent quality, and application-specific cutting solutions for customers worldwide.

Our product range includes solid carbide end mills, carbide drills, CBN and PCD cutting tools, as well as custom cutting tools for special machining requirements. For solid carbide tools, we use virgin tungsten carbide material and apply multi-stage quality control throughout production and inspection. Our tools are used in automotive, aerospace, 3C electronics, mold & die, medical, and other precision machining applications.

Beyond standard cutting tools, our engineering team supports customers with application analysis, tool selection, and custom tool design based on workpiece materials, machining conditions, part features, and production requirements. Our goal is to help customers improve machining stability, tool life, productivity, and overall process efficiency.

Whether the application involves complex geometries, difficult-to-machine materials, or special tool requirements, DOHRE provides engineering support and custom tooling solutions from design through manufacturing and inspection.

In 2002

Mr. Exing established a CNC cutting tool shop in Changyong Metal Market, Dongguan, Guangdong, China.

In 2009

DOHRE expanded its carbide cutting tool portfolio and began developing overseas distribution partnerships.

In 2010

DOHRE expanded its end mill portfolio with multiple tool series designed for different workpiece materials and machining applications.

In 2012

DOHRE expanded its R&D capabilities and introduced ultrasonic milling technology, along with CBN and PCD cutting tools.

In 2015

DOHRE was recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise in Dongguan. In the same year, we introduced a dedicated end mill series for stainless steel machining.

In 2018

DOHRE introduced the DEX end mill series for titanium alloy machining and continued expanding its special cutting tool portfolio.

In 2022

DOHRE continued expanding its product development and precision manufacturing capabilities, with increased focus on high-performance cutting tools and custom tooling applications.

Engineer Team

DOHRE's engineering team supports tool design, process development, application analysis, and custom tooling projects. With experience across CNC tool manufacturing, grinding, inspection, and machining applications, the team works closely with customers to develop practical and reliable cutting tool solutions.

Mr. Deng has more than 18 years of experience in carbide cutting tool development and manufacturing. His expertise includes end mill and drill design, production processes, and custom tooling development based on customer drawings and machining requirements.
Zhiwu Fang
Process Application Engineer
Mr. Fang has more than 10 years of experience in cutting tool manufacturing and quality control, with expertise in precision grinding, coating, and inspection. He supports tool development from prototype evaluation through production and application verification.
Jian Zou
Senior Tool Design Engineer
Mr. Zou has more than 13 years of experience in end mill R&D and tool design. He specializes in custom tool geometry and application-specific design for high-speed machining, mold making, aerospace, and automotive applications.
