Dohre PEX series carbide end mill is manufactured using ultra-fine micro-grain carbide with grain size below 0.8 μm and 10% cobalt content, providing a balanced combination of hardness and toughness.
All milling tools are coated with an ALTIN nano composite coating, which offers excellent heat resistance up to 1100°C. The high aluminum content improves oxidation resistance and red hardness, allowing the cutter to maintain performance during long machining cycles.
With a positive rake angle of 6°, and 35° helix angle, Dohre PEX series end mill ensures smooth chip evacuation and reduced cutting forces. This makes the tools suitable for a wide variety of CNC machining applications.
